CROSSFIT
Our signature class. A proven methodology that delivers real results — combining weightlifting, conditioning, and gymnastics in constantly varied, coached sessions. Adapted to all levels, and powered by a strong tribe spirit.

HYROX
Endurance & consistency. This class is built around the official HYROX format : sled mush, ski, brupees, wall balls, and more. Whether you want to compete or just train like a racer, it's structured, sweaty, and addictive. The class is available in two formats: 60 or 90 minutes. One try, and you'll get why the hype is real.

PULSE
High-energy, fast-paced training using intervals, bodyweight, and light weights. Movements designed to raise your heart rate and keep you moving from start to finish. Simple, accessible, but never boring. No barbell, no complex skills. Just sweat, variety and good vibes for all levels.

ENGINE
Endurance & consistency. Steady efforts that build a solid, reliable engine and elevate your overall fitness. You'll leave breathless, but smiling - because yes, it's fun too.

ROCKET YOGA
Strength, flow & stretch. A dynamic and vibrant sequence mixing mobility, balance and strength work — accessible yet challenging.

WEIGHTLIFTING
Olympic weightlifting. We focus on the clean & jerk and the snatch — breaking down technique, improving timing, and building confidence under the bar.

SKILLS
Want to get your first muscle-up or improve your handstand push-ups? This class is all about technical gymnastics skills — scaled, drilled, and coached with intention. Progress is the goal.

TEAM WOD

One long effort. A functional workout focused on sustained intensity and mental endurance. Simple movements, tough pacing, and a strong Sunday vibe.

RX✱
For experienced CrossFit athletes only. A 90-minute class blending advanced lifts, complex gymnastics, and high-intensity WODs. Structured and challenging to push your limits in a competitive setting. ✱ RX is available exclusively to unlimited members with sufficient CrossFit experience.

You can sign up directly via our website.

Yes. Creating an account is required to train at W950.
It allows us to manage bookings, communication and attendance, and to know who is training with us.
We respect your privacy and only use your data for training-related purposes.
Monthly memberships renew automatically. They can be cancelled at any time with a one-month notice, starting from the first day of the following month.
The following options do not renew automatically:
Session Packs
6-month Unlimited Membership (one payment upfront)
12-month Unlimited Membership (one payment upfront)
These options end automatically at the end of their validity period.
Yes — if you have a monthly membership, changes are possible with a one-month notice.

Yes — you can pause your membership once per year, for up to 30 days.
Please let us know at least 3 days in advance, by email at info@cfw950.be, so we can freeze your billing and access.
No — memberships and session packs are non-refundable.
In case of injury, and upon presentation of a medical certificate provided within 7 days of the stop, we can:
pause a monthly membership, or
extend the validity of a session pack
This allows you to return to training safely, without losing your remaining sessions.
Session packs start on the day of purchase.
Validity :
10- and 20-session packs are valid for 6 months
50-session packs are valid for 12 months
Once a session pack has expired, unused sessions are lost.
Yes. We have a trial session for €20.
You can book it directly via our online reservation form.

Yes — your membership allows you to mix CrossFit, Functional Workouts, Hyrox-style sessions, Yoga and conditioning classes for a balanced routine.Contenu d’accordéon
No. You don’t get fit to do CrossFit or Hyrox — you do CrossFit and Hyrox to become fit.
Our coaches adapt every exercise to your level, whether you’re an experienced athlete, far from being one, or returning from injury.
All workouts are scalable. If you are injured or recovering, please make sure you let the coach know before the class starts.
Every athlete remembers how hard it is to get started — we’ve been there too.
That’s why the community is so welcoming to new members. We know the struggle, and we’re excited to see you do the same.
Absolutely. Everyone is welcome.
Workouts are scaled, coaching is hands-on, and progression adapts to your experience.
Yes — Open Gym access is available depending on your membership type.
It allows you to train independently using our equipment outside of scheduled classes.
In addition to Open Gym, two dedicated training zones are always available, even during classes, for strength and weightlifting training.
Please note: Open Gym access requires booking through our scheduling system.
Yes — generally 18+ for group classes and gym access.
We also offer Kids and Teens classes for younger athletes.
Booking, Cancellations & Waiting List
Yes — booking is required to ensure your spot. Classes can be booked via our app up to 7 days in advance.
If a class is full, you can join the waiting list.
Cancellations must be made:
At least 2 hours before the class start time
At least 6 hours before the 6:30 am and 7:30 am classes
Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of the session.
If this happens twice in a row, booking access is temporarily blocked for 24 hours.
This policy helps ensure that:
everyone has fair access to classes
spots don’t remain empty unnecessarily
classes run smoothly
Thank you for helping keep the system fair for everyone.
If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification.
⚠️ Confirmation is automatic: being on the waiting list means you are available to attend.
If you can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the waiting list — you can do this up to 5 minutes before class.
(The cancellation window only applies once you are booked into a class.)
For safety reasons and to preserve the flow of the class, late arrivals may not be allowed to join once the class has started.
Facilities, Apps & Community
Athletic wear, indoor shoes, and water.
You can leave your ego at the door.
Yes — members have access to showers and changing facilities.
Lockers are available for your personal belongings; please bring your own padlock.
We keep lost items at reception for up to three weeks.
After this period, unclaimed items are donated to charity.
If you think you’ve lost something, email us at info@cfw950.be or ask at reception during your next visit.
In addition to the Sportigo app for bookings, we use a private Facebook group to share community news, events and day-to-day invormation.
Please ask reception for more information.
To manage your membership and book classes, installing the Sportigo app is mandatory.
All bookings, cancellations and waiting lists are handled there.
If you’d like to see workouts in advance, you can also install SugarWOD — most sessions are announced ahead of time.
Yes. Our schedule evolves based on demand, seasons and member feedback — it is not set in stone.
Class times, formats and coaches may change, and we may not always notify members in advance.
