CrossFit Kids & Teens is a fun, varied, and functional program designed to meet the specific needs of children and teens, based on their age, development, and growth. The focus is on fun and movement. 

During classes, children and teens work on their coordination, agility, speed, balance, and endurance through games and exercises. 

The goal is to grow while having fun—learning how to move, becoming aware of their bodies and what they can do, and practicing the fundamental CrossFit movements at appropriate intensities—all within a safe and supportive environment.

Beyond physical skills, CrossFit boosts confidence, teaches teamwork, respect for others and instructions and the drive to improve individually while tackling challenges together. It’s all about the joy of pushing oneself further.
